Most people using MUNCore are under 18, so it keeps as little as possible, shows it only to those who need it, and deletes it when the conference is over.
What we keep
- Your email
- To sign in and to match you with your application.
- Your display name
- First name and surname initial, e.g. “Nisa K.” It is shown to your committee or team.
- The country you represent
- Delegates only.
- Your code
- For the bank transfer description and at the door, e.g. MUN-4827.
- Your work in the conference
- Your role, tasks, position papers, reviews and requests.
What we never collect
- Phone number, address, birthday, photo, school name or full legal name
- Payment amounts, receipts or transfer dates. Only “approved” is saved.
- Analytics, ads or any tracking
Who sees what
- A chair’s private note
- The chairs and the organization heads. Never the delegate it is about.
- Who is in the building
- Only the organization heads (SG, DSG, DG, DDG). Security can record entries but not see the list.
- Payment status and codes
- Organization heads. You see only your own code.
- The open request pool
- Organization teams, their heads and the organization heads. Not chairs or delegates.
- Team and committee tasks
- Only that team or committee, and the organization heads.
When it’s deleted
- Join requests that weren’t accepted
- 7 days after join requests close.
- Chairs’ private notes
- 30 days after the event closes. They are opinions about young people, so they go first.
- Everything else
- 6 months after the event closes.
Demo MUN 2026 is still open.
Demo: everything lives only in this browser and nothing is deleted automatically. In the full version data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt), these rules are enforced by the database, and deletion runs on schedule.
